Arrived last night. My feet were very swollen, but I think that was mostly a matter of not having lain down for many hours. Was able to sleep on the plane for about six hours. Better living through chemicals.

Feel pretty well today, as well. Symptoms are minor.

Yesterday started out great, fibrowise, but got harder as things went on. By evening, symptoms were as they are today. Hopefully, I’ll be able to sleep on the plane. If not, my first day in Budapest may not be much fun.

Yesterday I neglected to mention foot pain. Achy when I stood up, although okay when exercising.

K woke up really early this morning, so I didn’t get as much sleep as ideal. So, I’m blaming her for my feeling bad. Which probably isn’t fair or accurate. Therefore, my goal has been not to snap and whine. Not easy, today.

Breakfast with Jen & Tony & baxter was nice, although a bit noisy. Tasty Zell’s. Must go to gym…

Well, the pharmacy was closed so I didn’t get the amitriptylene. Fortunately, I still had one and was able to combine it with a full ten mgs of Ambien. I fell asleep quickly and woke up feeling much better. I also went to the gym today. Bye-bye 500 calories. Now, where’s that beer?

Well, today’s ills inspired the categories, thus this post meets criteria for all. I’m sure there’s something I’m forgetting. Staggered upon rising and was barely able to walk a straight line to the bus stop. It was a long half-mile. Realized I had forgotten (again) to get my damn amitriptyline prescription refilled. Grr.

About a week ago, I stopped taking Ambien. But I feel worse than I have in a long time, and my trip to Hungary looms. Back to the Ambien. I’ll try the quitting experiment again after I get back and school starts.
